The operations feel complex, and it’s not easy to learn or use comfortably. The total cost is quite high because of licensing, custom development, and ongoing maintenance. Integrations with external platforms like Amazon also take more effort than we expected. On top of that, the default frontend feels heavy, so we had to invest extra in a headless setup. After working on multiple B2B and B2C implementations, the biggest strength I’ve seen is how extensible the platform is. If the project isn’t architected properly from the beginning, technical debt builds up quickly.
